Salad in a Martini Glass

Could it be more elegant?  Lunch began with a salad in a martini glass.  Or menu listed it as "first course---Chilled Green
Gazpacho with Maine Lobster Salad."  ...lightly succulent!  www.fourseasons.com/losangeles/
