El Matador Beach

Our late daughter brought us here for a picnic the last time she came to visit. 


Quite naturally, we wanted to be here again, at sunset, on the date of her birthday.  


Being here inspires spirituality. 




It is a background for love.

Catamaran

We were surprised to see the sailor anchor this catamaran out front overnight, as this is the open sea.  Everything was fine in the morning and he sailed out to the end of the reef and fished.

Best Life Guard Stand Art


What a surprise to see students painting graphic designs on life guard stands from Malibu to Palos Verdes. The public art project was entitled "summer of color." This one is one at Zuma Beach, where Christine, Carol and I walk for miles three times a week.
